CAD / CAM / CIM / CAE Laboratory provides a platform for students to learn about drafting, modeling, analysis and CNC machining software. This lab is equipped with LED projector and the following softwares:
- Solid Edge V19 and CADian2006 for preparation of basic engineering drawing and machine drawing. This can also be used to create 3-D models of machine parts and assemble them.
- ANSYS 10.0 for modeling and analysis which is a part of Finite Element Analysis
- CADEM (CAPS Turn and CAPS Mill) to study CNC Turning and Milling operations
